Privacy policy
Last updated 15 October 2026. Your collection is personal — here is exactly what we hold and why.
What we collect
Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. We use these only to sign you in.
Your collection: items, weights, purchase details, storage locations, goals, restore points and photos you add. These are private to your account.
Community: topics and replies you post are visible to other signed-in members.
Device settings: preferences such as weight unit, region and price alerts are saved on your device.
How we use it
To run the app: show your stack and its value, keep backups, and let you restore earlier versions. We do not sell your data.
Scanning: photos you scan are sent to an AI service to identify items. Scan photos are not used to build a shared catalogue.
Market values: item names (never your personal details) are used to look up current eBay listings.
Cookies and advertising
Essential cookies and storage keep you signed in. Free accounts may see adverts from Google AdSense. Advertising cookies are only used if you choose "Accept all" on the cookie notice; you can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Payments
If you upgrade to Pro, payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Your rights
You can export your collection at any time, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and all its data. UK and EU residents may also request a copy of their data or object to processing.
